We are seeking an experienced Global Head of Media to join our B2B agency team. As Head of Media, you will be responsible for driving forward our media strategy and vision, as well as collaborating with VP Digital Strategy to refine and enhance that vision.
You will develop innovative campaigns to create and deliver growth initiatives for the agency and its clients. As Head of Media, you will bring extensive industry experience and expertise in media operations and B2B marketing strategy.
• Develop media plans and strategies for the agency and clients across all paid channels (search, social, trade media, programmatic, pay per lead, and more)
• Set goals and expectations for agency-wide media campaigns.
• Implement and maintain media procedures, best practices and operational processes.
• Conduct cross-department collaboration during program planning and implementation
• Work closely with clients to create solutions for their media program needs
• At the highest level, monitor media campaign performance, track media budget, and make / direct optimizations accordingly.
• Lead a team of global media experts
• Foster an environment of learning and growth, enabling the team to deliver their best work.
• Remain up to date with industry trends, technology, and media market research and assist in producing content for the agency.
• Generate ideas and concepts to create solutions and drive the development of products and services within the media team
• Collaborate with the internal teams to create solutions and scale media programs across clients
• Take part in new client pitches
9+ years of experience in the media field with B2B experience.
• Proven success in creating and implementing successful media strategies and campaigns.
• Expertise in media analytics and budgeting.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and lead change management.
• Ability to think analytically and solve complex problems.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of industry trends, technology and research.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to travel as needed
