The Objectives

  • To produce content that attracts and engages the audience to encourage the sale of the Cash Collections offering and bring the product to life for the Accounts Receivable team
  • Refresh and leverage existing content

  • Audience research indicated a need for content that is straight to the point, facts and figures driven and visually appealing but includes insightful data

The Solution

A creative campaign concept centred on the AR Hero and their quest for Cash Collection, Cash Wars!

Detailed but digestible content that is not over complicated, visually appealing and aligned throughout the content journey. Existing content was leveraged based on audience research with a strategy-based content journey, tailored towards 2 audience personas; invoice collections and direct debit collections.

The campaign included a total of 12 Cash Wars assets, created in just under 12 weeks. The content journey started with an animated video and interactive infographic supported by additional persona specific assets; emails, eBooks, webinars, videos, case studies, data sheets and business cases.
